Frequently Asked Questions
When should I schedule?
Closing appointments fill quickly once the weather begins to cool. Scheduling early provides the best selection of dates.
Are chemicals included?
Standard winterizing chemicals are included. Additional balancing chemicals, specialty treatments or materials may involve an additional charge.
Does the pool need to be clean?
The pool should be in reasonably clean condition. Basic surface cleaning may be performed as conditions allow, but heavy debris removal, algae treatment or extensive cleaning must be arranged separately.
Will you install my existing cover?
Yes. Installation and securing of the customer's existing serviceable cover is included with the applicable closing.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. We need safe access to the pool, equipment and cover. Provide gate and access instructions before the appointment.
